With 1000+ hr certified, Janice has been practicing yoga since the age of 17 and teaching since the age of 25. Through yoga, Janice has experienced transformation in body, mind, and spirit and aims to share this with all her students - whether it's on the mat discovering new possibilities or off the mat chasing dreams in yoga leggings.
In this upcoming 100hr YTA, Janice aims to guide teachers (old and new) to break past the status quo teaching of overtrained cues and sequences that show but don't serve.
